The possible origin of this mysterious serpentine figure is speculated to be located from Bosque Estatal de Río Abajo in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Not much is currently known about this figure, but it came from the mountain areas in this location. This mysterious figure has said to proven the existence of a tribe possibly older than the Taíno. Possible records suggest that the earliest settlements on Puerto Rico were at Utuado from 900 B.C.E. to 900. Today, it is commonly known as a large mountain area with forests and bodies of water.
